What we collect

The contact form on this site asks for your name, your email address, your phone number and your message. The phone number is optional; the others are needed in order to reply to you.

Our web server also records the usual technical details of a request, including your IP address, the time, and which page was asked for. That is ordinary server logging, kept for security and troubleshooting, and it is not linked to the contact form.

What we do with it

A completed contact form is sent to us by email so that we can answer you. That is the only thing it is used for.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Nothing you type into the form is stored on this website. It is passed straight to email and the website keeps no copy.

The email itself sits in our business mailbox, hosted by Google, for as long as we may reasonably need it to serve you and to keep a record of the work. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third party tracking scripts of any kind.

Who else is involved

The site is built and hosted for us by AC Automation and Design, which operates the server and the software that delivers your message to our inbox. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and handles the connection between your browser and the server. Google provides our email. Each of them handles your information only so the site and our email can work.

Your choices

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
